Returns Refund and Exchange Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at operated by Gabys.

In order to be eligible for a refund,return or exchange you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. it must still have the  tag attached to the item annd still in the original packaging.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • We will arrange for the return and/or exchange of the item from any south african location for free and the time it take for the item to be collected and or exchanged will vary according to location.


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you regarding the recieving of the item and the status of acceptance or denial of your refund.
  • upon approval your refund will be processed and after 5-10 business days you will be refunded on the original methood of payment.
